1. Data we collect

a) Account data

When you create an account, we collect: email address, name and, optionally, your company details (name, CUI/VAT, address) for billing.

b) Usage data

We automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times and session duration. This data is anonymized and used for service improvement.

c) Payment data

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. BizRadar does not store your credit or debit card data.

2. How we use the data

• Providing and maintaining the service
• Processing payments and issuing invoices
• Account-related communications (verification, password reset, plan notifications)
• Internal statistical analysis for platform improvement
• Compliance with legal obligations

3. Legal basis

Account data is processed on the basis of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Usage data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security and service improvement. Non-essential cookies are placed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers (hosting, payment processors, transactional email) and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. All providers comply with GDPR standards.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the account and 90 days after deletion. Billing data is retained in accordance with tax legislation (10 years). Technical logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), role-based access control and regular backups.
