What are credits?
Credits are the unit of measurement for API and report usage. Each API call uses 1 credit, and each row in a custom report also uses 1 credit. Credits reset monthly. PDF/XLSX export of a report uses the same credits as generating the report.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are commitment-free — you can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and access remains active until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees apply.
Is the data updated in real time?
Identification data (ONRC) is imported periodically, with a natural delay from the moment of publication by the registry. Financial data (ANAF balance sheets) is updated annually, after publication of balance sheets for the previous year — typically between June and October.
Is individual company PDF export free?
Yes, individual company profile PDF export is free on all plans. Credits only apply to API calls and custom reports with multiple companies.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. All invoices are issued in RON, with 21% VAT, and include your company's tax code. Payment by card, bank transfer or fiscal account.
Is there an educational program?
Yes. Students, professors and non-commercial NGOs can apply for free access to the Pro plan for 12 months. Send a request from your institutional account.
