1. Nature of displayed data

BizRadar displays information about legal entities (companies), not individuals. Data comes from official public registers (ONRC, ANAF) and is publicly available under legislation regarding access to public interest information and reuse of public sector information.

2. Personal data processing

The only personal data we process belongs to platform users (account holders): email, name, billing data. This data is processed exclusively for service provision (contractual basis, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Data subject rights

As an account holder, you have the right to:

• Access — you may request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — you may correct inaccurate data in your account
• Erasure — you may request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — you may request export of your data in a structured format
• Objection — you may object to data processing for direct marketing purposes

4. Shareholders and directors

Names of company shareholders and directors are public information taken from ONRC. Under Romanian law, this information is published for business environment transparency. If you believe your personal data is displayed incorrectly, contact us.

5. Data Protection Officer

For any data protection questions, you can contact us through the contact page. We respond to all GDPR requests within 30 calendar days.

6. Supervisory authority

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.
