Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BizRadar platform (bizradar.ro), operated by BizRadar SRL, a company registered in Romania. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Service description

BizRadar provides access to public information about Romanian companies, aggregated from official sources (ONRC, ANAF, Ministry of Finance). The service includes company search, detailed profiles, rankings, API access and custom reports, depending on the chosen subscription plan.

3. User accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities conducted through it. Each account is intended for a single user, except for Enterprise plans with specific terms.

4. Plans and payment

BizRadar offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise) with different features and limits. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and include 21% VAT for Romanian customers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period (monthly or annually), unless cancelled before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Credits and limits

Paid plans include a number of monthly credits consumed with each API call and each line in custom reports. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Exceeding credit or daily call limits will result in temporary API access blocking until the period resets.

6. Acceptable use

The following is not permitted:

• Systematic redistribution of data accessed through BizRadar without an Enterprise contract
• Scraping or automated data extraction outside the official API
• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities
• Sharing access credentials or API keys with third parties
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or access data without authorization

7. Intellectual property

Primary data comes from official public sources and is not subject to BizRadar copyright. However, the structuring, aggregation, visual presentation and platform features (including rankings and generated reports) are intellectual property of BizRadar SRL.

8. Limitation of liability

BizRadar makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee the correctness, completeness or timeliness of information. Financial data reflects balance sheets filed by companies with state authorities and may contain reporting errors. BizRadar is not liable for decisions made based on platform information.

9. Changes to terms

BizRadar reserves the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
