Corrections & GDPR claims

Data displayed on BizRadar comes from official public sources (ONRC, ANAF). If you notice incorrect information, send us a message through the contact form indicating the company CUI and details that need correction. We will verify and update the information as soon as possible.

BizRadar displays public data from official Romanian state registers. According to GDPR, information about legal entities does not fall within the scope of personal data. However, for exceptional circumstances (e.g. dissolved company), you can request an analysis of your case.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase data (under certain conditions), restrict processing, data portability and object to processing. BizRadar processes data about legal entities from official public sources.

GDPR complaints are reviewed within 72 hours of receipt. For data correction requests, we respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days in accordance with GDPR provisions. Simple rectification requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

You can address personal data protection requests through the contact form on the site, selecting "Data correction" as the subject. All requests are forwarded to our Data Protection Officer.

BizRadar does not own or sell proprietary databases with company information. The platform aggregates and structures information from official public sources (ONRC, ANAF), making it available through a web interface, custom reports and API, based on subscription plans. Access is provided in accordance with the terms of use and current legislation on the reuse of public sector information.
