What subscription plans do you offer?
BizRadar offers flexible plans: free access to basic information, Professional plan for extended data and API access, and Enterprise plan with advanced features, high-volume API requests and dedicated support. See the pricing page for current details.
How does team licensing work?
The Enterprise plan includes multi-user licenses with centralized management, API usage monitoring dashboard and consolidated billing. The number of users and API request limits are customized.
Can we integrate BizRadar with our CRM?
Yes, the BizRadar API can be integrated with any CRM, ERP or internal application. The API uses standard JSON format with API key authentication. We provide detailed documentation and technical support for integration.
Do you accept invoice payment?
Yes, for Enterprise contracts and annual subscriptions we offer payment via bank transfer with a fiscal invoice issued in accordance with current legislation. Payment can be made in RON or EUR.
What happens when the subscription expires?
When the subscription expires, access to premium features is automatically suspended. Your data and settings are kept for 30 days, during which you can renew your subscription without losing information.
Are there discounts for NGOs or educational institutions?
Yes, we offer reduced rates for non-profit organizations, educational institutions and academic research projects. Contact us with details about your organization for a customized offer.
